I love contributing with new photospheres to Google Maps! Until now my photospheres that I’ve uploaded to Google has been viewed more than 200 000 times an that’s amazing!
I will continue to upload photospheres to Google Maps and hopefully I will have one million views within a year.
Below you can see what I’m using when I shot my photospheres.
Equipment used
When I shot a photosphere I prefer my Canon EOS 550D with the Canon 8-15mm f/4 L USM Fisheye Lens. When shooting with the DSLR I also use a Sirui or Gitzo carbon fibre monopod and the Nodal Ninja R1 head with the RD5 rotator. For quick shots I use my Ricoh Theta S.
Post-Processing
I shot all of my images in RAW and post-process them in Camera Raw, PhotoShop, PTGui Pro and krpano Tools.
